Jivan Rashmi is a non-profit organization that connects a patient in need of serious medical attention to those who have the desire to help save a life and to provide the financial assistance for it. This medical attention can include cancer therapy, life-threatening surgeries, and any other medical procedure that would play a major role in saving a person's life or improving the quality of life substantially.
Who benefits?
There are a number of people who suffer from pain and disease and have no hope of receiving a cure, since they do not have the money to pay for it. JivanRashmi will be the financial bridge between these patients and the donors who can afford to pay for their medical needs.
Who pays? How?
- Anyone with a credit card or a Paypal account will be able to donate money to the beneficiaries via JivanRashmi.
- The donar will be able to read the profiles of patients who are in need of medical help on this website.
- Once the donor decides which patient he would like to help, he can then input his payment information on the secure JivanRashmi website.
- The dollar amount needed will constantly be updated on the patient’s profile. The donor can choose to be anonymous or he can provide his name and/or general location. He can also choose whether the amount of donation will be visible or not.
- Once the full amount is reached for each patient’s medical procedure, then the financial goal has been met.
- The patient’s profile on the website will be updated to show their condition after receiving the procedure.
- The donor can also choose to get more specific e-mail updates about their designated beneficiary.
